The District Leadership Actions document is designed to identify and define leadership actions utilized by district staff to build leadership capacity and support the PLC framework in schools. Discussion about the presence or absence of such actions will help district leaders reflect upon the current support for schools and additional ways they can enhance PLC development across the district.
